The Student Experience – Academic team is here to help you with registration, academic advice, and more. Contact SE-A if you have any questions.
When you audit a course you attend classes but are not graded. You must register in order to audit a course, but you do not receive credit. The entry for the course on your transcript will be “AUD”.
Only registered, second-year MBA students are eligible to audit courses. You must have successfully completed the prerequisites for the course and received approval from an Academic Advisor in Student Experience – Academic. Students who have audited a course are not eligible to register for the course in future terms.
While auditing, you may be able to register for credit in the course if you contact Student Experience – Academic before the registration deadline.
For information about registration and fees, please contact the Student Experience – Academic team.
You may choose to take an “extra” course in addition to the courses (including electives) that you need to complete your degree.
Extra courses do not count toward your degree. The grade you receive is not included in your cumulative grade point average, but does appear on your transcript. The notation for the course on your transcript will be “EXTRA”.
Contact Student Experience – Academic for assistance if you are considering taking an extra course.
