Registration Guide

This information will help guide you in registering and paying for courses.

Students entering the Full-Time and Full-Time with Co-op programs will be automatically registered in all required classes in early August.  Information on “Confirming your registration” will be sent to you via email in early August.

Students entering the Full-Time or Part-Time Accelerated Program are required to register in courses.  Please see our Dates and Deadlines page for registration dates. Accelerated students are encouraged to meet with an Academic Advisor prior to course registration.

Tuition and Fees

Tuition and supplemental fees are updated each May for the coming year. Tuition fees will show in your Mosaic student centre after course registration is complete. Fees are due the first day of the month each new term.
Fall term = September 1
Winter term = January 1
Summer term = May 1

OSAP and Financial Aid

Parking at the RJC

Online parking applications are opened to allow you to purchase a parking permit for the Ron Joyce Centre (RJC) in Burlington. Click here for more details.

Shuttle Bus

Shuttle service is available for students, staff and faculty traveling between the main McMaster campus in Hamilton and the Ron Joyce Centre in Burlington as well as between the Appleby GO Transit Station and the Ron Joyce Centre.


The McMaster Off-Campus Resource Centre (OCRC) is available to assist students in their search for suitable housing in either Hamilton or Burlington.

On-Boarding Program

Onboarding Week is the official start of your MBA. All newly admitted students are expected to attend.  The 2019 Onboarding Week runs from September 3 – 6.

* There is no On-Boarding week for students starting in January.

** Students entering the new Part-time Blended Learning program are not expected to attend.
