Onboarding Week and International Welcome

Onboarding Week – August 31 to September 3, 2026

Full Time MBA and Full Time MBA with Co-op students are reminded to save the date for their 2024 MBA Onboarding Week: Monday August 31 – Thursday, September 3. We are currently in the planning processes for an exciting in-person Onboarding Week, full of inspiring speakers, interactive sessions and fun break-out activities to get to know your peers and the DeGroote Community.

What you need to know:

Onboarding Week for Full-time and Full-time with Co-op MBA students will be running from August 31-September 3 at the Ron Joyce Centre in Burlington, ON.
The full agenda of sessions will be shared with students in August. You should plan for a full day of activities (8:30am to 5pm) and evening social events during this week.
Please note, attendance at all academic and career sessions is considered a required component of your full-time MBA commitment.

International Welcome – August 27, 2026

All incoming international MBA students are also invited to join our separate International Welcome programming on Thursday August 27. More details will be posted here closer to the dates.

In addition to our incoming international students, International Welcome is also open to those students that are Permanent Residents of Canada that are living abroad.

Incoming Accelerated and Blended Learning MBA students will complete a separate Onboarding programs. More information can be found following the links from the main Onboarding webpage.
