SGS Training Modules

As a new MBA student, you’re required to complete two online training modules from the School of Graduate Studies (SGS) – SGS 101 and 201.

The modules need to be completed by the end of September, but you must register for them on Mosaic by August 1, 2026.  Registration will become available in July. Instructions to register will be in the July Monthly Newsletter.

• SGS 101 – Academic Research Integrity and Ethics
• SGS 201 – Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) Training

After you’ve registered for them, the modules will appear in your Avenue to Learn account by early August. Each one takes about an hour to complete. They must both be finished by September 30.

If you have completed these modules through another graduate degree at McMaster, let us know and we’ll remove this requirement for you.
