A740 - Strategic Management Accounting
This course examines the challenges executives face and attempts to develop the strategic management accounting skills required for effective implementation of organizational strategies. Topics include developing corporate and business strategies,
strategy mapping and balanced scorecard. Other topics covered include management of organizational change, risk management, corporate governance, strategic management and governance of not-for-profits organizations, value chain analysis and activity-based management.
- Prerequisite: A721 or Registration in A721
