A742 - Market Trading and Risk Management : Futures and Forwards

This experiential course develops practical skills in trading securities with a focus on futures and forwards as tools to manage risk and enhancement return. The course deals comprehensively with the increased importance of risk and uncertainty in today’s financial markets. In addition to traditional instruments such as money market, bonds, and equities, students can trade currencies, commodities, indices, ETFs and their corresponding futures and forwards. The course relies on the facilities and resources available in the Horizon Exchange Traded Funds Investment Decision Centre (HIDC).
