Course Description
P615 - Management Consulting: The Theory & Practice of Delivering Value to Your Clients
This course offers students an opportunity to experience the theory and practice of the management consulting industry. In the first half of the course, case studies and industry events will allow the students to understand the consulting process, client engagement, problem-solving frameworks, data analysis techniques, and effective communication strategies. They will learn how to assess organizational challenges, analyze industry trends, and develop actionable recommendations that align with business objectives. In the second half of the course, students will apply what they have learned on a live consulting project with local clients.
